What if Every Encounter Were a Learning Encounter?

Please enjoy this montage of responses to the question we asked ourselves and learning professionals across practice settings in 2012, "What if Every Encounter Were a Learning Encounter?"

Our purpose was to bring together thoughtful practitioners from various practice settings (including business, non-profit, healthcare and higher education) to surface the burning questions and issues in mentoring, advising and informal learning. We used these questions and themes to guide our programming and inquiry into these topics in the months that followed. We also hope you will be inspired to join our growing community of practice to continue the conversation and share resources with your colleagues as we continue our inquiry.

If every encounter were a learning encounter, business would improve their results, workers would be more engaged and everyone would be happier! How simple is that?
