Please tell us a little about yourself and/or your area of adult learning practice/interests.
I have two main priorities (and am always interested in exploring other things):
1. Connecting what schools do and what businesses do. They can gain a whole lot more from each other, and I want to help expand the ways that happens.
2. Simplifying change and innovating curricula. We have learned so much about change, that it is a shame how commonly mis-applied "change" principles make things worse.
I've been an OD practitioner for 35 years, corporate, non-profit & government, and I've taught leadership and change in seven grad schools. Much of this has been aimed at experiential/action learning by action on real issues of real organizations.
