Please tell us a little about yourself and/or your area of adult learning practice/interests.
I am an adult educator who presents professional development to a variety of audiences. At present I am a trainer/instructional designer. Most recently, my audiences have been early childhood professionals who work with children and families. Previously, I have been adjunct faculty for the Masters Degree Program in Adult Education at National Louis University. I've also been adjunct faculty at Loyola University Chicago, The Institute of Pastoral Studies. Content areas have included adult learning principles and OD topics such as Leadership Development, Team Building, How to run meetings, and many others. I am actively involved in the Art of Hosting (AoH) Community in Illinois. This includes processes: the World Cafe, Open Space, Appreciative Inquiry etc. I am eager to be part of of the CAEA Community at DePaul.
