Please tell us a little about yourself and/or your area of adult learning practice/interests.
I have worked for many years as a practitioner of organization development. and have a PhD in human and organizational systemst. I have earned an MFA in fiction, an MS in organizational behavior, and an MA in organizational development. I am an organizational Gestalt practitioner and interested in the aesthetics of work and all levels of transformation: individual, dyad, group and system. I have over a dozen published short stories, one anthologized in Bestial Noise: A Tin House Fiction Reader and nominated for a Pushcart Prize. I have taught many things, including fiction, leadership, and consulting skills at many places including Rush University, Northeastern Illinois University, and the Newberry Library. I was awarded an Illinois Arts Council Grant in 2007.
