- I hold a MA in Adult Education and Training from University of St. Francis. I am on the Board of Directors for SHRP Association, the largest chapter of SHRM; and, I serve on the professional Education Committee for SHRP. Additionally, I have held key positions within organizations as the Sr. HR Leader responsible for organization development.
