Please tell us a little about yourself and/or your area of adult learning practice/interests.: As a practitioner, I work with organizations that want to create work and learning spaces for creative collaboration. My research is in the area of organizational improvisation and transformative learning. I am a long-time visiting faculty member at DePaul's School for New Learning, where I teach courses in creativity, organizational development and adult learning. I am also the Associate Director of the Center to Advance Education for Adults (CAEA).
