As a consultant to emtrereneurial businesses, I find owners are often looking for a quick, easy answer to training their managers and would like to use technology whenever possible.
While I believe these new tools have value, not all inofrmation is best delivered via technical tools. What expereince have you had bridging these tools with 'soft skills' training?
